One HUGE feature that would make it useful. Account info/billing and maybe information on current usage for your home. Some may ask why is this important? Well let me inform you. The current version of this app is so useless that lost people would just uninstall it and never use it again or forget about it and in an emergency not even remember having the app because they click it with so little frequency. Don’t get me wrong the information is helpful but if it’s not something I go to once a month I am not going to remember this is where the information came from. NW NATURAL!!! Time to step up your game and at least match what PGE does with their app. Shouldn’t be that difficult. Join the age of apps and actually make one that’s useful to help your customers. At least make it easier than google. How often do they think anyone would need an app to remind them of information they can google quicker than the time it would take them to find this app? I also like the occasional informational links, didn’t know that about my meter spacing requirement. ### 2/5 — gives notifications for tips *2018-05-14, version 1.0* I installed this so I could be notified in case of emergency or problems at or near my home. Instead it beeps me with random reminders, like “Give gas meters a little elbow room.” That stuff belongs in a newsletter or blog that I read at a time of my choosing. I don’t like to be interrupted for it and there’s no way to selectively disable routine notifications. I complained to them once but they haven’t stopped so I’m disabling all notifications.
