Every single time they update something it causes countless problems that take months to get solved. Currently it is impossible to send funds through Zelle on this app after the last update. ### 1/5 — Aggravating to use *2023-05-05, version 22.2.201* Its settings don’t actually save, so the ‘instant balance’ and facial identification options are essentially useless. All I seen was all the peas they had. Nobody can do without an ATM machine and then able to take and get into her account. She required to see what the balances This is the worst credit union or a bank. It doesn’t allow you to view very much of your transaction history, and most importantly you can’t pay your credit card bill from it, you got to still go to your computer to do that. It’s small and no ATMs but overall they take great great care of their customers. They truly are an amazing small credit union I tell all my friends they’re crazy if they bank at a bank. Our use the bank for my savings only but all my other bank you need it’s always through Northwest plus credit Union they are truly the best they’re employees everything about them.
