I loved this app before I updated it two days ago. Now I can’t access bill pay half the time. It takes forever to load and I get blocked every step of trying to do something. I have to go online. It’s super annoying

People there are so helpful and friendly. When I had trouble with a scam, they never made me feel stupid for falling for it. They fixed my account so it was safe. I am 80 and not upon the electronics. They are patient and understanding.
