The app is ok. It works for the most part. Have had issues in the past where it doesn’t work. It’s a bit behind the times with features. Can’t activate cards, see card number etc.

The website is easy to navigate. It really makes managing money easier. 

However it is great to actually go to the credit union where you can get one on one help with a friendly, helpful,and knowledgeable person

It’s a credit union, not a bank... what more can be said?  I would give 5 stars if I had a branch within my neighborhood.   Just holding out for when that happens.
