I have repeatedly mentioned this to NWC but I have not even gotten a suggestion ### 5/5 — Works perfectly *2025-09-03, version 1.7* I rely on the app for my bills because I live overseas and it's always correct. Not to mention being able to pay with my US credit card and it converts at no additional charges that's awesome and convenient. Keep working on minor things like profile option and seeing the account etc. Thank you you the app ### 1/5 — Payments not applied *2025-08-01, version 1.6* Ipay was down and customer care directed me to use app. Made payment and received emailed receipt. Two weeks later the payment has still not been credited and I am receiving overdue notices. My bill is usually delivered after I have already made payment, so I thought the app would be a convenient way of seeing the bill before the due date but no such luck.
