I cannot sign up on the app because the sign up info is partially obscured behind the sign in button. I have repeatedly mentioned this to NWC but I have not even gotten a suggestion

Ipay was down and customer care directed me to use app. Made payment and received emailed receipt. Two weeks later the payment has still not been credited and I am receiving overdue notices. Contacted customer care to be told that it takes 15-20 working days to be credited!!!!!!

The app promised ease of access to balances etc. and that is never the case. The balance that is reflected on the app is never in line with the actual bill. Payments are rarely updated and the bills aren’t placed on the app in a timely manner. My bill is usually delivered after I have already made payment, so I thought the app would be a convenient way of seeing the bill before the due date but no such luck. Payments made via the app take forever to reflect which is just ridiculous.

This app is complete crap and they are trying to get more money out of us. Why is the app showing that I owe over $2,000 more than what is on my bill. This needs to be addressed immediately

How can you send a code to the landline ? Most of the accounts have landline as their phone numbers. This doesn’t make any sense. This will not help at all unless it’s changed.

I rely on the app for my bills because I live overseas and it's always correct. Not to mention being able to pay with my US credit card and it converts at no additional charges that's awesome and convenient. Keep working on minor things like profile option  and seeing the account etc. Thank you you the app
