Can’t read the paper without it constantly locking up on me. I can’t even read on section without having to get out of the app and wait 10-15 minutes before trying again. I cannot get either this app or the online version of the paper to link. I have subscribed to the paper for over 30 years. We have tried calling in about the problem as well and have had difficulties trying to get through. Altogether the online version of the paper has never been made workable for us I have subscriptions to three other online newspapers and have not had problems getting those subscriptions to work. If I try to go to link the subscription after tapping on a “for subscribers only” article, the link does not open or does not work. ### 1/5 — Customer service nonexistent. *2023-06-13* Been trying to stop charges and subscription but can’t get the correct page or email or person. They frequently offer the liberal perspective on political stories without accurately and fairly presenting the other side to the reader. True journalists simply report the facts on both sides without attempting to win sympathy for either side. This type of “news” media is exactly what’s wrong in this country today and it’s the very thing that is turning people against each other. It’s shameful and I will be canceling my subscription immediately because I’m tired of the constant demonization of the right. It’s propaganda that would make the soviets proud. ### 1/5 — frustrating *2022-07-26* It took eleven tries to log in, even though I was also logged via my browser. It keeps defaulting to an incomplete text based index, no matter how many time I change settings. I can’t find the comics, even by searching. My only success is when it apparently sends me to the web site. Nothing takes me to my account. I paid a few weeks ago and got a flash note that I was subscribed until April of 2022 but today I get a note that I only have 4 free articles left. Am I subscribed or not? It’s impossible to tell on your app!
