I’m very frustrated as I have the time this afternoon to finally do this and I can’t. This is unacceptable. ### 1/5 — app stopped working. *2023-06-04* when it worked app was basic, not as comprehensive as the website. now when i try to open the app it just freezes on a white screen ### 1/5 — Slow to update *2022-10-11* Numbers are slow to update there should have been an update of percent gains on the first of the month it is ten days later and it still has not updated this is typical. It’s really a very simple app, it doesn’t give any ability to graph gains and losses. It is outdated the numbers you get are old not current also you should be able to see what stocks are held in each mutual fund and what their value is. Please call our service center at 888-700-0808 and they will help you get on the app. Rob T. ### 2/5 — Opening App is a Pain *2023-03-15* For some reason I have to open the app, close it, and open it again in order to get to the login screen. I was hopeful that issue would go away when I upgraded to a new phone but sadly the issue persists. ### 3/5 — Doesn’t open *2022-05-14* When I open the app, I have to open it twice for it to work. First time gets me a blank white screen, second time it opens. A pain to have to go through every time. ### 3/5 — Can’t change investments *2020-03-12* App delivers on showing present balances, investments and ROR. Would be better if it allowed you to change investments and move your money around. **Developer response:** Hi, we agree, we plan on releasing new features to the App often. We just released a Spanish version and changing investments is on the horizon.
