Puts everything in one place. However, it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT you keep an offsite backup. This is not a rock solid program. Continual updates, which should be expected for security, etc, are often buggy. May take a week before these are resolved. Support is basically you taking a screen shot of every page as you work through something and explaining each in detail, sending those to tech support, while awaiting a solution. They do get worked out, but… Seems best to just wait a week as it does gets worked out. We’ve been using this program for years, and will continue. Just don’t expect perfection. It is a work in continual progress and much appreciated. The rating is not on the workers who put tireless effort into this program, but on the programs overall performance (buggy, intuitiveness, support, frustrations). We just need to be patient (and appreciative) through this process. One thing that was noticed previously, and may have been rectified, were some negative remarks about similar programs. (Ga. 6:10) The friends seem to enjoy having the app on their phone. However, this has its own inherent problems from time to time. I understand this is a beta version, but it would be nice if reports and schedules could be printed from it. ### 3/5 — Great Idea but needs work. *2026-05-15* On my iPhone 15 pro max the top half of the app is blank showing Id# and version. The bottom half has congregation overview,information,sharing ect all scrunch together, almost unreadable. I have never had so many issues and there is not just a email or contact me on the website to help with issues. The app is excellent on iPhone and iPad, but I've been running into this issue quite a bit when getting into the app via iPad running the latest version. Keep up the great work and refining the app, what a great companion to the desktop app and being on the computer just to change something in the background! ### 5/5 — Exactly what I’ve been waiting for *2026-02-26* Firstly, I would like to emphasize that as brothers, we should refrain from making any negative comments regarding this application. We should express our gratitude for the time and effort invested by these brothers in enhancing the efficiency and ease of managing our congregation. Regarding the application, as clearly stated on the NWS website that it is currently in BETA. Therefore, we should not anticipate its functionality without any bugs. Despite this, I genuinely appreciate this application and am thoroughly enjoying its use. I am confident that it will continue to improve in the future. ### 5/5 — Finally a iOS Version *2026-02-24* This works great on my Mac and is great on the mobile phone it’s super convenient and easy to use. I know the updates in the future we have a more robust user friendly system but this is very nice and I know it was a lot of work. I recently received the assignment for handling public talk scheduling. And really appreciate any app that makes the process readily at my fingertips in the palm of my hand. Every time I receive information using the publisher's app and send it, it overwrites the correct information in the scheduler. Thank you for continuing to work on it and for making it useful. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Waiting for version 8.1 *2026-04-27, version 8.0.1018* Can’t do anything to test or work with the app as it won’t connect to the servers ### 1/5 — Unstable and questionable security *2026-01-27* I don’t recommending using NWS, it’s very unstable, loses and corrupts data regularly. When contacting support all they say is it’s the user’s fault… The security claims made on their website are also highly questionable, and don’t apply to most use cases. Basically if you use congregation sharing (which is the whole point of the service), then most privacy and security features are not true. And data is stored in the cloud, including Google services… ### 2/5 — Poor communication and wacky updates *2026-04-29* Even understanding that the app is in beta, it should still function. For weeks now all of the users have been telling the developer that it says you need to upgrade to aversion 8.1 but that version does not exist in the App Store or on the website. Any release should at a very minimum open the app. We appreciate all the hard work that goes into this. Still a lot of glitches. When you send data to NWP it will glitch all the information for meetings to where it cannot be viewed until you send data from a desktop. Also I cannot add the speakers name to the app now. But as for now, I have not been able to access the app. When I put in my cong pin etc, the connect button doesn’t light up to begin using the app. Hopefully there’s a fix for this soon. I get a message “Version out-of-date,” download latest version. The latest version is 8.1 but the Apple Store only has version 8.0. When I tried to open my New World app mobile it no longer would collect any data and I was continually given the message to update. To 8.1.
