When you see the photos it has on the App Store it looks promising. However, everything it advertises you have to pay for. Then most of the free stuff you get is either really straight forward or way to complex. This app is literally just regurgitating the text from the NWS website. The NWS is prohibited by law from making their own weather app, so we can all get fleeced by people like this app developer and the politicians like the CEO of accuweather who got appointed to be the director of the Dept of Commerce.
