No app this bad should be allowed in the App Store. Purchased a 4-week ticket and I’ve had to explain embarrassingly to every driver why I can’t scan my ticket. Can’t log in with my details, can’t speak to any customer service agent about the issue, filled an online form, yet no response. It’s impossible to believe there’s an app experience this bad in 2023. Just shows the company has no regard for their customers. Despite it being an honest mistake, I was immediately charged £60. £60 is equivalent to around six hours of work for me. Now, because of one genuine mistake, a significant part of my earnings is gone. I understand that rules are important and must be followed, but there should be some consideration for genuine first-time cases. A warning or an option to show valid ID later would have been much more reasonable. Charging a student £60 for forgetting an ID for the first time feels extremely harsh. I bought a bus pass that was never credited to my account and was told to contact my back by the customer care agent. I did and bought a replacement pass since I still needed to move around. NXBus staff ignored the dates on both transactions and cancelled the second bus pass. Every effort to clarify the issue was frustrated by the staff because they did not want to admit that they made a mistake. Buy the ticket before boarding and simply show to driver via phone. Saves hunting around for change and had no problems with app so far. Recommend ### 5/5 — No more change needed *2017-11-30* This is very helpful for me as I never know when I am working or going out! The app is easy to use. All you have to do is select your ticked and then buy it (it’ll give you the option to save your card for future use) once you paid for your mTicket it will appear in your ticket wallet on the app all you have to do is click activate and you’re ready to go. Just simply get on the bus and point your phone at the driver. I was worried at first that drivers would find it weird and not accept my ticket but so far I’ve been using it for a week and it’s been going really well. All the drivers recognise my ticket. I don't have to look for change anymore or keep having to pull out money from the cash machine for change. The ticket is downloaded to your phone and you are good to go. When you are using it for the first time please purchase your ticket before you get to the bus stop as you need to enter your card details.
