Could work with it in the field but the interface is a bit clumsy where the settings page always switches to vertical. Please hire a GUI expert, allow RAW conversion and support Z8 for wireless connection.

App only supports passive ftp and I cannot get this version of the iOS version to connect to sftp. Why would I want slow transfers?

Doesn’t do video so I have to use a second app, Nikon SnapBridge, to complete the transfer of all files. Please add video support, especially if this is meant for “professionals” it should contain basic features that your non-professional app already has…

This app simply doesn’t work as far as I can tell and it wants to charge a subscription for basic functionality. 

It was able to connect to my camera (via network despite being physically connected via cable). It fights with snapspeed, the free and barely functional app. Even if it worked the UI is an embarrassment.

Spent almost an hour trying to connect my brand new Nikon C8 with firmware 2.10 latest version to my iPhone via NX MobileAir followed every troubleshooting step restarted devices multiple times checked all settings. Nothing the app simply will not find or connect to the camera via Bluetooth pairing this should be simple pair device take photos remotely instead it’s an exercise and frustration with zero payoff for a company like Nikon that builds exceptional cameras. It’s embarrassing that their app is this unreliable. Read the reviews. I’m not alone years of complaints and they still haven’t fixed basic connectivity issues my advice skip this app entirely Nikon fix your software stopped to pretending wireless connectivity is a future

De plus, l’app crash et se ferme automatiquement 3 fois sur 4.
Il est impossible de regarder ses photos ici. 
Utilisez un adaptateur et insérez la carte SD directement dedans pour transférer les photos sur le téléphone sans passer par Nikkon et leur piètre qualité.

First you need the special anker cable for lightning port iPads and next you need to set the camera usb mode to iPhone. Then it works brilliantly. Just wish you could rate or favorite images on the go via the iPad ( not the camera ). I use with an iPad Air 3 , z30, z6iii and z9

2026年現在使用できます。
アプリが対応したのかOSの問題なのか。最近は安定している。


5ヶ月前のバージョンアップから止まっているが、ここ2ヶ月ぐらい前からケーブルを繋いで取り込めなくなったり取り込めたりしてバッテリー抜いたりiPad再起動したりいろんなことして取り込めることがあるが非常に困る。

ケーブル不良もあるため、高規格のUSB3.2gen2とPD100W対応品に変えても変わらず。
他の変化点はiOS16.6から16.7.1まで上がっているがこれに対応していないのでは？
iOS17にして良いのか怖くて出来ない

### 4/5 — Nikon D780 Works with iPhone 15 pro max!

I recently upgraded from 14 pro to 15 pro max. Plugged stock usb-c cable into both camera and phone and connection worked! It even worked when camera was connected through the hub.

Minus one star for these reasons:

1. Syncing photos seems slow. It takes about 5 seconds per picture which is RAW and about 30M. I checked the specs on D780 ports: it is 3.1 Gen 1 which should push up to 5gbps, iPhone 15 pro supports up to 10gbps. So something is up here.
2. Apps must be opened for stanching to continue. When app is minimized the synching stops and connection breaks. I have to power off camera to restart. Not a big issue but not expected.

Otherwise I’m excited!

* schnelle Übertragung der Bilder auf das iPhone
* schnelle und unkomplizierte Basisbearbeitung möglich
* sehr gut Filterung

contra:
* raw Export derzeit nicht möglich

WICHTIG:
ohne das speziell empfohlene iphone Kabel von Anker ist keine Datenübertragung möglich, auch nicht mit dem originalen Apple Kabel. Sollte Nikon noch deutlicher drauf hinweisen!

1. Moving photos between folders once imported is a key core feature.
2. As with all your apps, iPad users don’t want to have to use the menus in portrait, it’s bad UX.

Add those and it becomes a genuinely useful tool for people on the move.

This seems to be the most reliable way to get photos from my camera to my phone. 

A recent update has caused the app to check if it’s the latest version and doesn’t let me advance until that is successful. I sometimes use the app on a network without internet access so I have to turn off wifi to open the app and then turn it back on to use. Kind of a pain.
