### 2/5 — Disappointed

*2026-07-17*

The watch is attractive. That is the best thing I can say about it. Instructions are not clear. Software in metric and kilograms. Sending back.

### 3/5 — Works okay

*2026-06-02, version 1.2.8*

Works okay, but if you don’t open the app everyday it’s doesn’t sync the data. I have multiple days which recorded 0 steps even though my phone health app recorded 10k+. Also doesn’t integrate well with Apple Health - it double counts every time you open the app, so if you were at 2000 and opened Health but then a bit later were at 3000, it records as 3000 new steps, so 5000 total, but in reality you’ve only done 3000. It doesn’t do this on the app, only when you try and view it in Apple Health, which I prefer as it then shows on my lock screen.

### 3/5 — New user experience

*2026-05-27*

Have had the app about a week and working my way through some of the bumps. There isn’t a way to edit the sleep, so if it inaccurately captures the sleep start and stop times, you can’t fix it so that the data tends are based on accurate data.

### 2/5 — Sync sank sunk

*2026-05-11*

App doesn’t fully sync with Health. Sleep does not sync at all, nor do other basic functions like heart rate. Steps sync at a delay.

### 2/5 — Region

*2026-05-09, version 1.2.6*

We have a setting in the App That says metric, however the dates are backwards.

Countries using the metric system are forward thinking and start with day / month / year.

Please fix this backwards illogical date on the tiles within the app.

If we want backwards dates we would be happy to change to imperial

### 3/5 — Not reliable

*2026-04-23*

The bracelet provides the basic functions I wanted in a health tracking device but the app is erratic and unreliable in recording the data

### 2/5 — Needs a lot of work

*2026-04-21*

Glad this watch only cost me $50 and there is no subscription fee but the app needs a lot of work still. The instruction videos won’t play. Lots of metrics are still showing in metric cause I could only choose two of them to be in imperial. I’d also like the sleep times in 12hr not 24hr. A lot of text is being cut off so I don’t know what it says or what I’m about to click on. But right now my biggest gripe is that my exerciser isn’t syncing with my fitness rings on my phone. I got this watch because it is much slimmer/ nicer looking compared to my Apple Watch but I still wanted to track my activity and sleep without the screen distractions on my wrist. Hope it gets some improvements cause I enjoy wearing the watch it’s very comfortable and I forget it’s there.

### 2/5 — Is it possible to connect multiple devices?

*2026-03-10, version 1.2.4*

Can’t find an option in app

### 2/5 — Was working, now not so much

*2026-01-24*

Worked relatively well, and then after I charged it for the first time after wearing it, it will jot connect correctly

### 3/5 — Doesn’t quite deliver

*2026-01-13, version 1.1.9*

Firstly - the built-in instructions are for the ring while I own the bracelet. Almost every day I have to reset my date preference and the wrist on which I wear the bracelet in the app. The recording is “hit’n’miss” like for other comparable products. The colour contrast in the app is very poor.
It can be mapped across to the Apple Health app, but I’m not sure how well this works. It also allows for some tracking of mental health and women’s health. Some of this is a bit gimmicky and could benefit from further development but might be useful to some.
Pluses are that this is a brace - I have lots of normal watches which I continue to wear. The bracelet comes with two straps to swap and one could actually buy an ordinary watch bracelet separately as this would fit.
I’ve had smart watches before and this bracelet is generally no worse; but I had hoped it would be better.

### 2/5 — Not as advertised

*2026-01-07*

I got the Nx bracelet for my wife, who has Alzheimer’s, so I could see how she’s sleeping when I can’t be with her. It’s not collecting sleep data. It will take her pulse and blood oxygenation level, but I can’t get the sleep monitoring to do anything, and I can’t find any helpful information or operating instructions online. The instructions that came in the box provide no information on operations, nor does the 55 second video. Cost was a lot of money for information I can get with a $10 finger clip from Walgreens.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Bad

*2026-07-13, version 1.3.1*

Why is the app and its manual focused on the ring? I have the watch and I can’t even connect the thing

### 1/5 — NX Wear App Registration Failure - Verification Code and Apple ID Bug

*2026-06-17*

I recently purchased an NX Wear smart bracelet but I am completely locked out of using it because the registration system is failing.
The registration page does not send a verification code to my email (checked spam).
Tapping the "Apple ID" icon attempts to connect, but the screen freezes and fails to log in (Selected UNHIDE MY EMAIL)

Nothing works. Can’t use the product

### 1/5 — Worthless

*2026-04-13*

Don’t waste your time or money on this tracking bracelet! It doesn’t track properly and also messes up the apple tracking! I’m glad I didn’t spend a lot of money on this type of device..
Very dissatisfied customer ☹️

### 1/5 — Seriously lacking information

*2026-04-10*

There are a number of things that need to be fixed on this app. Here are my top three
1. Inaccurate data going to Apple Health. When I look at my steps there are multiple entries for one day. My band shows a step count of 8k but the health app shows 20k.
2. The exercises listed are very limited. It has indoor running but not indoor walking. It only has Go for a Walk. There also need to be more activities listed such as weight training, dancing, or even on Open option.
3. There are no instructions on how the band works. There is only a video on how charge it and pair it with your phone. The PDF only has instructions on the ring. The band has other options on the display
Time
Steps
Heat rate
SPO2 - no idea what that is
Sleep
Unexplained Number
LCD OFF/ON
Any sort of instructions or information would be appreciated.

### 1/5 — No data

*2026-04-05*

The app’s step data cannot be Read by the Apple health app which is why I bought the bracelet. I’ve tried everything. If anyone can help please do so!

### 1/5 — Bracelet Video Instructions

*2026-04-01*

I just received my Smart Bracelet. I downloaded the app, connected the device, and tried to watch instructional video. Video says No Data and there is nothing to watch. I’m just trying to guess at how to use this bracelet. Please advise. Almost useless right now. Thank you.

### 1/5 — Needs improvement

*2026-03-05*

This app does track steps but not sleep like it says it does. It also shows that it can sync to certain fitness apps but in reality it does not. It has potential to be a good app if its developer would put time into it. Needless to say, I am disappointed.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t quite hit the spot

*2026-02-23, version 1.2.3*

Oh dear, this had a promise of a great app and product however The app seems unable to record light or REM sleep and only seems to record one sleep cycle per night please fix the app as this could be a great product if only it worked properly waiting for your reply, thank you

### 1/5 — Can’t register

*2026-01-04, version 1.1.8*

This app won’t send me a verification code to my email to register. I’ve tried a few times. This is disappointing and I will return the tracker.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2025-12-18, version 1.1.7*

I downloaded the app to register my smart bracelet as per instructions but I am unable to register as it wants me to enter a verification code, but it won’t send me the code, I can’t change the language to English, so I have wasted money on a smart bracelet that I can’t use. Your app is useless.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great watch, 1 request

*2026-03-05, version 1.2.3*

I’ve always had issues with wearing any kind of jewelry-I don’t particularly care for it. This watch, however, is easy to wear, and light. The app was super easy to use. The only issue was the initial verification code went to spam, which was an easy fix. Once inside the app, it was very easy to change the units of measurement and to connect to Apple Fitness. My one request is that I would like the sleep data to sync with Apple Health. The Nx Wear app is easy to navigate and that’s a big plus!

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2026-01-09, version 1.1.9*

Ring does what is says , counts your steps while keeping records of previous days and counts sleep . Amazing gift would buy again :)

### 5/5 — Poor

*2025-12-14, version 1.1.6*

Does not record sleep data

### 5/5 — Absolutely love this app and the smart ring!

*2025-11-19*

The battery life is insane - I’m getting well over a week on a single charge, sometimes close to two, and I barely even think about charging it anymore. The app itself is super clean and easy to navigate.
Everything from checking my heart rate to tracking sleep or stress takes literally seconds.
Shout-out to their customer support team - they respond fast, like actually fast. I had a small question and got a helpful reply within minutes.
Overall, rock-solid product and an app that just works. Highly recommend!

### 4/5 — Software update fixed problems

*2026-01-09*

I left the review below which was accurate when I wrote it. Today, however, I got a software update and now all the sleep data is loading and appears to be quite accurate and helpful. If so, I’ll be happy with the Nx bracelet for the price.

### 4/5 — With some tweaking could be awesome

*2025-12-12*

I want to love this app, but it is missing a few features for me. I would like the ability to do constant monitoring. Also, I would like there to be the ability to record fatigue in the emotions or mental monitoring. I have been wearing this for about a week. I also work night shifts and I’m hoping that eventually it will pick up the hours that I am sleeping during the day but so far it does not look like that’s an option. It would be great if that could be an option. Hopefully the developers are watching the reviews. I look forward to some changes maybe

### 4/5 — Blood pressure

*2025-12-06*

I think this watch is pretty cool, but but I don’t understand it. How do you check the blood pressure and there’s nowhere that gives you instructions on how to do it

### 3/5 — Please fix bugs!

*2026-08-16*

I bought this several months ago. Generally works well, support is non-existent; goes to a non-working website. Also, and the most recent, an update seems to be required. But it never completes the upload. Also, if I decide not to update, the App closes down! WHAT’S UP???

### 3/5 — Incomplete sleep

*2026-08-04*

For the most part the app is good with the data. The issue I’m having is that if I wake up after 4 hours of sleep to use the restroom and then sleep another 3 hours, it only counts the last 3 instead of the full night.
I’d give more stars of that was fixed.

### 3/5 — How do I get the other data to sync with my Apple heath such as heart?
