The app is very stable and quite easy to use and I have received great support from the developers over the years. Is it possible to create a summary page of the games that are in progress or completed. Just an indication of the top 4 batsman and bowlers from each team and then a note of the games current situation. Also when will it be possible to upload the match on to the web for live scoring. Thanks Kay ### 3/5 — Customer service needs improvement ! *2015-09-19, version 4.2.8* We have been using this app for some years now. Overall our experience is ok, but we have never gotten ANY response for ANY question or issue. Not to mention that there is NO phone number where one can call for customer support. Anyways, with all the good features, one persistent problem we have is that it slows down tremendously during use and takes forever to input any entry. We even tried using a different (newer) ipad with no avail. We hope that this review will not land on deaf ears like past. Thanks ### 4/5 — Great App *2015-09-03, version 4.2.8* This app is almost perfect, it is great for scoring almost any format of a cricket match. The pdf file the app produces, along with the HTML and other file it makes are brilliant for sending to players and putting on Twitter/websites. The only thing I would recommend for this app is support for live tweeting, where the app composes tweets for you to send via your club Twitter account to keep people updated. I recommend paying the extra for this app. ### 5/5 — Very useful and easy to use *2015-07-13, version 4.2.8* I’ve used this for almost a year now, and found it to be very reliable and easy to setup and use. But some issues for example on how to record a short run with batsmen crossed. Also it would be handy to have a game template to use every time instead of having to setup a new game with customised parameters for each new game. A print out / output using traditional scoring book display would be very handy as the game can then be transcribed into the teams official manual scorebook instead of having to do both together! ### 5/5 — Great and works for kid cricket *2015-06-13, version 4.2.7* Excellent app. I have tried a few and this allows for all sorts of combination of scoring schemes used in young persons cricket. It is also very easy to edit any mistakes during or after the match (by the scorers not the players !!) Scoring used to be a run and hide moment with my parents, now anyone can do it. Only needs one update, the ability to have the fielder AND assist in run out scenarios. Having an MVP calculator would be fantastic in calculating player ranking. Only one gripe, the app is definitely slowing down on my iPad Mini 2.
