## What is NXT Level Football Training?

The NXT Level football training app.

The foundation of any footballer is ball mastery, repetition is key, work your way through our Beginner and Advanced ball mastery courses which provide 1000’s of touches of the ball using all parts of both feet developing greater confidence on the ball in all match situations. Then we combine ball mastery with dribbling and our 1v1 skill school to take into your training sessions and game play. Be guided by slow motion HD video tuition and written instruction for all drills. All courses are designed by FA certified coaches.

Whether you are new to the game or an elite player you will find drills suitable to help you improve, 5 years old to adults you can always improve with repetitive practice using the sessions provided. Just 10, 20 or 30 minutes of training each day will provide 1000’s of touches to the ball using all the different surfaces of both feet each month; front of foot, soles, insides and outsides.

Coaches: Use the sessions or drills as part of your own training sessions! The average grassroots coach has just 1 hour to train their team each week! Encourage your players to do their homework and train with the app each day. Set them all specific drills to work through at home and see their progress in the following weeks and months.  Let them share their time spent training and achievements with their team mates and friends.
