### 5/5 — All in One

*2016-03-06*

Great app for EMS personnel on Long Island and New York City... I understand it's a work in progress so a couple of suggestions. Need to update narcan to the nys drug formulary and add the rest of NYC REMAC GOP, 400, and appendices. Thanks. Keep up the good work

### 5/5 — Awesome app

*2015-06-01*

In this version I found the pediatric anaphylaxis protocol does not show up and causes an error. Besides that everything is working just great!! awesome app thanks for the all the hard work !

### 5/5 — 1 addition needed

*2015-04-07*

I think this application is just absolutely amazing and is very well organized! However there is one thing missing that I noticed for the NYS BLS Medication section. Nasal Narcan. If this could be added that will be great! Thank you and again great job.

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2015-04-06*

This is great since day one I have had the protocol apps on my device. Grouping them all in one is a very nice function

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback!

### 1/5 — Crazy

*2026-01-17*

We shouldn’t have to pay to look at our own Protocols! We should be able to have access to our protocols for free!!!!

**Developer response:** We understand the concern. To clarify, you’re not paying for access to the protocols themselves — those are public. The subscription helps cover the time and effort involved in presenting them in an organized, interactive format, plus the additional tools like quizzes, flashcards, and continual updates.

If this doesn’t meet your needs, you’re welcome to use another resource that works better for you.

### 1/5 — WARNING: Outdated Protocols!

*2016-01-22*

Very upset with this. I love the layout of this app and the easy to read protocol format compared to NYS online PDF. HOWEVER, this app is not up to date on current NYS BLS protocols and therefore is untrustworthy and useless from a practicing medical professional's stand point. Do NOT rely on this for accurate information.

**Developer response:** The protocols are currently up to date, and will do our best to make timely releases after each set updates.

### 1/5 — NY EMS

*2015-09-19*

As other fellows, there was problem loading protocol file?!
Would you solve this problem to all of us.
Thanks
After the last update on Sep 18, 2015, still receiving same message: there was problem loading protocol file?!

**Developer response:** No more problems as all files are now hosted locally and not in the cloud.

### 2/5 — AMPDS CODES

*2015-11-04, version 1.1.1*

The AMPDS codes don't show up under resources for BLS, only on ALS protocols. Kind of annoying to have to switch back and forth.

### 2/5 — Nys protocols not up to date

*2015-06-03*

Nys protocols are not up to date. The app does not include my local protocols which I knew but it does not include all nys protocols. It's not worth the money for use by bls. Other free apps that can do the same thing.

### 3/5 — Uh oh problem loading

*2015-09-02*

It will always say uh oh problem loading protocols. I will have to keep re downloading the app. Please fix it. If it wasn't for that. The app would get 5 stars.

**Developer response:** No more problems as all files are now hosted locally and not in the cloud.

### 4/5 — All the information is there

*2018-10-26*

I’ve taken one star off because there is no key word search. This app is perfect otherwise

### 5/5 — Such an awesome update

*2026-01-19*

I’ve been using this app for the last 10+ years and this new update is great. It’s so interactive and easy to learn. There’s even quiz and flash card options too. So worth the subscription. Highly recommend

### 5/5 — So Helpful

*2026-01-19*

Use this app whenever I have a question about protocols that aren’t used all the time… Great resource! Nice new look too

### 5/5 — Awesome features

*2026-01-19*

The update is great! Has so many valuable resources, in addition to just protocols. A great study guide for those learning or who just want a refresher. It’s worth it for the tools alone.

## Most praised reviews (7 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Sad the app is sunsetting

*2023-03-25*

This app has been a godsend to me over the last few years I've been using it in NYC. Thank you for making it so much easier to look up and review protocols. Muru is solid but I've always preferred your approach and appreciate all the work you put into it 🙌🏻

### 5/5 — Very Helpful

*2022-07-03*

It’s a great resource to have. I just wish it included the NYC REMSCO Appendices, those can be pretty useful and it wouldn’t be a big change to include

### 5/5 — Awesome App

*2019-10-04*

Please update for new BLS
Peds / adult protocol Suffolk county

### 5/5 — A must have for all EMS in NYS!

*2019-08-16*

Phenomenal app- a total must have for new and experienced EMS personnel. Easy to read and navigate, great job!

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2018-12-18*

This is an excellent app. It takes time to memorize all of the NYS protocols and this has become an invaluable tool for me. A keyword search would be nice but overall for a free app it’s much more than I expected.

### 5/5 — Love the Update

*2018-01-28*

This app does a huge service for working EMTs and medics in southern New York and NYC. The update streamlined the look and if you work here, it’s a must-have.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback!

### 5/5 — Great

*2016-04-11*

Excellent organization and ease of access. Everything you need is easy to find and a search function is even present.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback!
