My shipment are not all here they steal some thing and don’t deliver my packages fully thiefs and no way to contact them at all

Very bad customer service they will tell you we received your package and its under process it will be ready after 2 days, a week goes by and its still under process, every-time you contact them same response. Feels like they dont care about their customers, and just sad that at first they will deliver fast then with future orders they become slow and stop caring.

Defiantly recommend finding other alternatives.

The shipping rate is not calculated right they always add a couple kilos to your package so he will pay more and then you have to pay more when you ship you package.
I don’t recommend anyone use this app it’s not fair use different app
