Buses are generally on time but I can’t use this app only. I have to download a ton of other apps just to be able to see where I can transfer buses. There is no indication of transfer stops in this app. I would like to know what buses can I transfer to and what times those buses arrive without having to go through the confusing process of typing in each bus separately and then scrolling to find the stop and then time. Also, this is where a favorite feature would save time. This entire process is too much when you’re traveling and on-the-go. ### 2/5 — Q7 bus *2024-10-28, version 1.8* Why the schedule is not up and when it’s up, it’s incorrect. Been here 15 mins. The buses are all parked up an going nowhere. I saw about 5-6 bus drivers sitting in one bus hanging out and talking. Over 50 people waiting to go home between the B17 and B14. This is not fair. These people are at work or coming to work from home. They don’t care. It is freezing cold outside. One little child was stomping her feet because she is freezing. There has to be a better way. Because it is a minority neighborhood that’s why bus drivers feel they can treat them however. Funny because they look just like those same people. If I could they wouldn’t even get one star. GET IT TOGETHER MTA!!! ### 1/5 — Three Q41s went toward Howard Beach none coming back. *2023-12-08* Not understanding in this freezing cold weather why bus transportation is the worse. In the summer time the bus run smoothly. The Q 21 used to run well just like the Q41 but that is the worst out of the two. Now the Q 41 is doing the same thing. Like get it together MTA ### 1/5 — malfunction *2023-10-05, version 1.4* Can no longer get scheduling for the M 31 bus going east or west. Express buses are clearly on route and not indicating on the app. Extremely frustrating ### 1/5 — BxM8 *2023-04-11* The 5:50 female driver of the BxM8, bus number 1383 needs a lesson on courtesy, common respect and the rules of driving. Such as the speed limit, using her blinkers and WHERE the pick up locations are. The entire crew should be taught where the bus is SUPPOSED to pick up it’s passengers. It should not be stopping in the MIDDLE of the block on Madison when the bus stop is on the CORNER of 52nd and Madison. Having two different buses BxM8 and BxM10 at the same location isn’t the smartest idea but at least have some guidelines for the drivers to follow! The majority of your drivers are some of the rudest I have ever encountered this past year. Maybe the handful of respectful ones can teach them a few pointers. You should be ashamed of yourselves. ### 1/5 — Phantom Buses *2023-02-21, version 1.4* The app often reports bus activity for non-existent buses. Several times I waited at a bus stop watching the app report a bus’ approach, its arrival and its departure. Only problem is that no bus approached, arrived or departed as shown in the app in supposed real time. Garbage. ### 1/5 — BxM8 *2022-11-30, version 1.4* Service is a D and drivers could use some additional training The spacing between the buses needs to be reviewed and timed more efficiently!! Come on this in NEW YORK for crying out loud.
