I cant believe this is not here yet ### 2/5 — Needs updating for 5th shot! *2022-10-07, version 1.3.0* They need to make it possible to add another vaccine page - now that people can have a 5th shot, that info appears on the other side of the vaccine card. Right now the app can just accept one side of the card. ### 4/5 — Reverse of vaccine card *2022-09-28, version 1.3.0* The back of the card has spaces for boosters but the app doesn't allow one to upload a photo of the reverse side of the card where boosters are recorded. I loaded the photo in the test space but while it retains the photo it shows up as expired. Need to update the app to show photos of more than one vaccine card photo per person. ### 2/5 — Won’t allow 2 photos *2022-07-13, version 1.3.0* For my 2nd booster, they had to use an additional vaccine card because my other was full. Similarly, for my daughter’s 2nd shot we forgot to bring her vaccine card, so they put it on a 2nd card. This app doesn’t allow one to add multiple photos for the same person. ### 3/5 — Confused by App content *2022-01-28* I’m travelling to USA in April with an Antigen Covid19 test taken day before travel. This is acceptable under USA Entry Requirements but this App recommended by British Airways only refers to a PCR test taken within the last 7 days. Does that mean the negative Antigen test results are not acceptable in NYC establishments? ### 4/5 — Please add option for 2nd photo *2022-01-25, version 1.3.0* Love the app - it’s simple and does the job. One suggested improvement - some venues require proof of booster. That proof was put on the back of my vax card. I’d like to be able to upload two pics of my vax card to the app for this purpose. ### 3/5 — Test result *2022-01-25* Tested positive in December, now infectious clear but don’t need to carry out testing for 90 days per USA CDC guidelines. App doesn’t allow you to show evidence that you have had Covid and completed 10 days isolation. Risk of misuse is minimal. ### 2/5 — Needs AstraZeneca *2021-11-13* Simple, but needs AstraZeneca and other vaccines that are recognised by the CDC for entry to the USA and in many venues, but not on this app. Makes you a “I confirm this information is accurate” in order to upload the certificate, so puts you in an awkward position, given that this is the preferred app for NYC venues. ### 3/5 — How do you add to your apple wallet? *2021-11-08, version 1.0.3* I can’t figure out how to add my card to the apple wallet using this app. I don’t see any options ### 4/5 — An App that’s useful *2021-11-02, version 1.0.3* I down loaded this App, after using the NYS app. All the info you need to show someone is in one place and is easy to read and can be updated with boosters and negative Covid test results. Carrying a large paper card that looks dog-eared in no time is useless. Couldn't they have made it credit card sized and a little more durable. This is a critical piece of personal info that has to be taken out of your wallet, like a drivers license. ### 1/5 — International travellers’ vaccines not included *2021-10-25* Unfortunately this is a very low-tech application. Simply stores photographs of paper documents. No possibility to link electronic records or even choose vaccines outside of the USA (e.g. AstraZeneca) New York is an international hub and after 8th November will be even more and varied vaccines to list. ### 3/5 — Add 3rd dose section as optional *2021-10-17, version 1.0.2* 1) Add 3rd dose section as optional for those having received their Booster Shots 2) Also allow 1st / 2nd dose dates to be September-October 2020 (many of us were in the Moderna or Pfizer clinical trials, and mid-December 2020 is the earliest date we can choose as our 2nd dose). ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — NYC Covid app is outdated and useless. *2022-11-29, version 1.3.1* I am supposed to present my Covid tests and boosters to be at a recording of a late night talk show. This app doesn’t allow for any booster information and I have had two. I went to Africa with the state of California app which shows every shot taken including date, mfg, vial number etc. I also got GoGetDoc. It lets you put in all the data you have as well. The show requires this app, NHS app (I do t live in the UK), Canadian app. Perhaps you could fix it? Folks travel to NYC from outside the state ### 1/5 — App needed for child under 17 *2022-02-06, version 1.3.0* My daughters are under 17 and need the app to enter certain venues, especially during school trips and family events. I’m not sure how NYC expects children under 17 to show proof at these venues but then prevents them from having access to such an important app. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2021-12-09, version 1.3.0* I uploaded my vaccine and Id. Used it in September and November and today when I opened the app, my data was gone! I needed my card and ID and for whatever reason it cleared my data.
