Even with the “face ID” and “Remember me” features on, I get error messages with a number to call. This could not be resolved. I tried moving some money into a PCRA and have not been able to complete that on the website or on the app. And I’d like to think that I’m pretty good with websites and apps for this one I think just puts up barriers. The facial recognition is slow and doesn’t work half the time . Not because it doesn’t work but it advertises linking all one’s accounts instead of opening to the account , then keeps asking does one want to use facial id after setting up multiple times . Go back to the old version ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-01-29, version 6.4* Why all of a sudden I need an email verification the site sucked to begin with half the time can’t log in and now it’s a 2 step process. Wish I can take my $$$ and go elsewhere ### 1/5 — Smaller Print *2026-01-28, version 6.4* The new Voya interface has smaller print. Considering the site is used primarily by older adults, the redesign is at best inconsiderate, and at worst ageist. The popup to rate the new site came up at the start of my session, covering what we were supposed to rate, essentially asking us to rate it site unseen. That popup hasn’t reappeared. So, I wasn’t able to rate the changes which I will now give one star in the App Store instead. If you’re not getting ratings through the new app, don’t assume that means people are ok with what you did here. We expect you to do better than this. ### 1/5 — App is a mess *2025-10-03, version 5.19.0* The majority of the time that I log into the app it doesn’t work. That thing circles around and the account can’t be accessed.. or it says the app has to be refreshed…and then still doesn’t open when you do. It was very informative and helpful, but for the last 4/5 days every time I try to sign into the app I get “temporarily unavailable please try again later”. I thought there might have been an upgrade to the app that I needed to install but there aren’t any updates. Called customer service and they could not help me.
