The app has serious limitations. The chat feature disconnects if the screen goes dark or you press the screen to prevent it from going dark. Insanely frustrating!

I just spent 2 hours walking all around Brooklyn, while sick, trying to find an Urgent Care under $100.  There are several listed in the downtown but they don’t exist. I went to three different locations that claim to be urgent care facilities but were either closed or did not exist.  Thank you again New York City for giving teachers the shaft.
