Last update was 3 years ago and is only getting worse. Unfortunately this is the only way to complete Death Certificates. ### 1/5 — Not intuitive *2021-04-21* Regarding filling out death certificates, not clear as to what screen to go to. Doesn’t tell you to save screen to move forward. Highlighted windows imply that information is wrong causing user to re input where in fact the information is correct. Doesn’t tell you at the end whether certificate has been accepted or if it is still incomplete.
