How can this be I’ve been using this app and the hra app to submit my documents for years and now all of a sudden their saying our documents are coming out blurry that we must go into the center to redownload them how can this be if that’s the case what’s the point of these app it’s just get frustrating because a few times my cases or grant has be denied due to them saying that they are blurry when I know Sam well I’m the one taking pictures of the documents and I know for a fact they are clear!! You will have to take a picture of every single document and then upload it to your HRA case (if you have several pieces of papers to upload you will have to make a movie). After speaking with an agent, the agent will tell you that they cannot see the pictures and that you will have to resubmit it again.
