It gives us a generic error message. We cannot get in contact with anybody so they will help us. Second, most of the time, it just doesn’t work. This week it keeps loading and then tells you something went wrong. Then you have to sign on again. Every day this week so far it hasn’t worked. The worst is when they have a substitute bus driver and that person is a little older and can’t figure out the app, they don’t turn it on. The bus driver today got a bit salty with me because he had to wait a minute for us because he was 12 minutes late and I went back inside with my kid cause it was freezing. For the past week, I've tried repeatedly to sign in, only to be logged out every single time. I even attempted to delete my account so that I could create a new one, but that option was unavailable to me. I fail to see the benefit of this app if it can't help parents track their children on the school bus to school or when they're being picked up at home. P.S. Your app is a disaster! FIX IT PLEASE!!! ### 1/5 — Literally Useless *2025-09-11, version 7.0.6* Doesn't work at all. Just says an error has occurred then continously loads. Downloaded this to track my kid's school bus. It's his first time and I'd like to know where the bus is at all times. It was recently updated and now is even worse. You have to login a bunch of times sometimes. Regularly it just doesn’t work at all. it spins while trying to see the tracking page. Under support it doesn’t have any way to contact the bus company or the driver. Also under support there’s no way to troubleshoot or open a ticket when it has bugs. As long as the driver picks up the device we are able to follow the bus and meet it. Should lower our stress. ### 4/5 — I like the app, but it needs one fix. *2024-09-30* I am a kid writing this, and me and my parent use this app in the morning and it's great. The only fix im asking for is for a setting to change when and how long until it signs you out. I know it is for security reasons, but at times it can get annoying. Besides that, great app! Not sure how many parents have small children on the bus, but it makes tracking worrisome when the GPS shows the bus moving in a location it's not in. When it works, it's great. Certain mornings it doesnt work at all and just shows it’s loading. It’s extremely frustrating when you are trying to get your child ready for school and are worried they are going to miss the bus. That issue has been ongoing and must be fixed in order for accurate bus activity. ### 2/5 — The bus is blocking the view of map *2026-06-15, version 7.3.0* The updated version it is hard to see where the bus is on the map. There is white space around the bus icon that make it hard to see where the bus is on the map. The old version is better. When trying to zoom in, it pans the map over and not zoom in to the here the bus is. Not only that why doesn’t it stay logged in and every morning have to log in . ### 2/5 — Accurate …..when it actually works. *2026-03-10, version 7.0.6* Please fix, this app is crucial for all parents with children who ride the bus. ### 2/5 — Useful but frustrating *2026-02-06, version 7.0.6* There’s really no reason that a session should ever time-out for an app like this. Logging in can sometimes take three tries before it actually works. It’s kind of wild how poorly New York City apps and websites run and I’m quite sure they pay way more than market rate to have them built. ### 2/5 — Extremely buggy *2026-01-29, version 7.0.6* This app is close to useless. It sends no alerts, like those pictured above, it logs off several times a day, even while I’m actively using it, and the map is difficult to orient to (i.e., it’s hard to tell what street the bus is on).
