### 1/5 — Can’t log in

*2025-09-11, version 4.0*

Why make an app that doesn’t work? I can’t log in at all.

### 1/5 — Unbelievably awful

*2025-09-10, version 4.0*

There absolutely no way an organization like the DOE can’t even create a decent app that’s actually usable. Why do I have to log in every time I open the app? Navigating it is just really buggy and annoying. The whole app feels like I’m on a browser or something. Please fix your app.

### 1/5 — Why

*2025-08-26, version 4.0*

The fact that this comes from the state with the most funding for education in the country terrifies me.

### 1/5 — Ew

### 1/5 — Trash app

*2024-11-19, version 4.0*

I’m sorry but the app doesn’t work when you try to use it after you last used it ,it just logs you out and you have log back in which you would think oh it’s not that work yea it isn’t it’s just really annoying and after a long day have to log in again to a app that’s supposed to help you check school things yea it gets tiring and very very annoying. If you are going to have bad schools at least make the app work properly that’s the least you could do.

### 1/5 — Bad school

*2024-11-11, version 4.0*

A bad app for Eagle Academy, and other private schools

### 1/5 — Doesn't come close to working

*2024-10-24, version 4.0*

When you open the app the first thing it asks is if you are a student and want to log in. This app is literally named Teach Hub, isn't it supposed to be for staff? Getting past that, if you try to log in it's just an endless circle of nothingness. You log in and it takes you back to the main screen where it asks you to log in again. I can't believe this is how tax payer dollars are being spent.

### 1/5 — App Fails to Load for Me

*2026-03-24, version 4.0*

This app was already buggy, but now recently it got a lot more worse. I enter my credentials and it just does not load. I have noticed when I enter my username/email a blue box outlined in white with a white question mark appears next to it. I have tried redownloading, turning my phone off, uninstalling the app numerous times. I would appreciate if this problem gets resolved ASAP because my school only uses teachhub for grade inputs.

Thanks, Justin

### 3/5 — Could be better

I’m glad that the doe finally released a mobile app for their gradebook after around a year of using the poorly designed teachhub gradebook. Ever since the demise of pupil path, the doe has struggled to make an actual functional gradebook for not only students, but teachers. While this app much better then the teachhub gradebook website, this app is very poorly designed and unorganized. The schedule tab is an example of that, it makes no sense only seeing 2 days out of the 5 day schedule and in order to view the rest, you have to click an arrow. Why not just have it where you can see the whole schedule and not half of it. Another issue is the grades tab, personally for me and for others, it doesn’t seem to work nor show any grades, so it would be great to have that fixed. In my person opinion, I think the grades and assignments tab should be combined into one section making it easier to look at grades and assignments. Another big issue issue is the fact that all assignments are out of 100, even if teachers choose to have it be something else. For example, if a teacher used a 10/10 scale, it would show up as a 10/100. While it does calculate it normally, it’s very confusing. In conclusion, this app is a step in the right direction though contains a lot of bugs and issues. If fixed, it would make this app extremely useful for students and teachers.

### 2/5 — App is inconsistent and lags

*2024-01-20, version 1.1*

This replaced oupilpath from ny doe grading. App need improvement and doe staff needs help using it needs better features and mobile friendly help
