Very bad home service

The products were supposed to be delivered by 7th of Aug and after chatting to the support team they promised that the problem would be resolved within 24-48hours but it wasn’t and it was the same story when I called then again. And today 14th when i called the delhivery parcel company they said today cannot be delivered and if needed I could collect it from the office as if it were my job to do so. As I am going abroad i needed the parcels delivered on time so I had to collect it myself. The experience and service that I got was horrible.

I ordered so many times from nykaa and i am totally  disappointed that how unprofessional they are my orders were never delivered on  promised date or time orders are always delayed by 5-6 days and i have to contact support every time to get my order delivered and honestly they don’t seem to care about it and even my order is out for delivery it’s not delivered and marked as unsuccessful delivery as the recipient is not available to receive the order which is totally fake  delivery person never make a call or attempt to deliver the order. My 4-5 orders were delayed by week and i was told the excuse that my orders were misrouted how is that possible that orders ate misrouted in a row. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous services by nykaa

Been ordering from nykaa for years and never bothered with returns since i always felt the issue is minor or i didnt want to go over the return activity. Last month tho i received a broken lipstick, missing accessory and a scratch full of metal case so for the first time i requested for a return. For over 3 weeks i kept getting a notification that the pick up guy is coming and requires an otp. So every day i had to be on the look out and disrupted my daily schedule just in case he comes. I reported several times to nykaas support but i only had generic response of we are looking into it. There was only one real attempt for pick up wherein the guy called me and said ‘i am coming now, you have to come down and give me the item’ for which i repeatedly told him come up, it is only 2 floors and there is a LIFT’, he kept rudely refusing to come up and telling me i had to come to him myself with the otp when i said i will not, then he did not come to my house. I furiously reported this to nykaa who stil gave their generic response. Finally after a month, i guess, i opened nykaa and noticed ‘refund completed’ stated but still showing pending pick up. I assumed without letting me know, i got the refund and i dont know if anyone will ever come to pick up the item. The disruption of my daily schedule, the ultimate rude pick up guy and lack of anyone in nykaa to actually take action despite repeated report is what made me quit this app and deleted it completely from my phone.

I ordered multiple products from the online store when I was in India , when I was ordering the app told me it would be delivered to me in a few days, however each day the delivery date kept changing for multiple days and finally when the status showed as out for delivery, for  2 days they said it was unsuccessful because I didn’t answer the call, which was lying through their teeth as I expressed the same by calling the customer service and informing them. The customer service team was another useless experience only speaking from the template they have rather than understanding and helping with the matter. Then I got a call from Nykaa for 2 consecutive days at 7:45pm stating we will deliver the products tomorrow and we have scheduled it. Again a complete lie and not taking any responsibility or keeping any promise. I WILL never recommend the app or Nykaa to anyone. I am now forced to cancel my order.

Its been three days now that I haven’t received my order which is prepaid they are least bothered about your package and the customer care is as good as garbage….Please change your delivery partner in Darjeeling or have some good customer service.

So, I had placed an order from Nyka on 7th May, 26 all were on COD. I got all the items delivered except 2 orders, which were supposed to be delivered in 2 days but then the day it was supposed to get delivered I got a call from their deliver partner in the morning, who stated that ma’am, ladka naya hai, aap address confirm karaya dijiye, order shaam tak aa jayega aapka, I gave the address and happy that I would be gifting it to my mother in law on Mother’s Day, but never got the order delivered since then, moreover, the best part, their delivery partner calls me up but never answer on call and updates the wrong remarks of “unable to connect” or “customer was not available to take calls”, plus their customer service is even worsen, they never answer to your calls when asked to get us connected with their voice customer support. They never took it seriously despite taking multiple follow ups. I again got a call from their delivery partner at this evening but again did not answer on call. And this was really frustrating and unprofessional. 
Nyka couldn’t look after these issues, and has no control over these serious issues, impacting and giving worst customer experience. 
No matter, how many brand they have got with them, but if the customer is facing such issues which are no where in consideration. God knows what these guys do at their customer support team or AI Chatbot, which is of no use.

I placed an order for 22 items. Initially, only 5 items were delivered, and the remaining 17 were marked as delayed. However, when the package finally arrived, my actual products were missing.

Instead, I received only 4 items that I did not even order. There was no proper bill or details included in the package.

This means 17 of my items, worth over ₹6000, are completely missing.

I request you to please look into this issue urgently. I either need my correct products delivered as soon as possible or a full refund for the missing items.

This is very disappointing, and I really hope you take this matter seriously and resolve it quickly.
