I opened the app and saw a discount for annual membership so I bought it. I started looking through the app and realized this ain’t at all what I thought it was. I wrote the company and told them my mistake and asked for a refund. They said they could only issue me a partial because I had access to their content. I got my refund a few days later and they kept half.
