NYP Connect connects you with experts from Weill Cornell and Columbia, 7 days a week, for health needs such as virtual urgent care, video visits with physicians, medical chart and record information, and more all on your mobile or tablet device.

### 1/5 — Freezes Up Often

What's the point of this worthless app???   There's a useless "Remember Me" option that I check the box so I don't have to enter my username and password all the time.  But, it doesn't work and I have to enter my login credentials each and every time no matter how many times I check the stupid box.  The app also freezes and I have to logout and login again in the midst of trying to access information.   Get another developer to fix the issues and make it a truly worthwhile app.

Every other day it doesn’t work.  You have to call their basically useless people and you wind up always having to delete the app and reinstall, again and again and again.  We have all others, MEVER a problem exciter NYP, unbelievable.  They blame it on your phone, your WiFi , etc. but when you say no other epic, MyChart app has a problem, they’re silent.  Last time we had very good person. but still had to do same.  One more time and we’ll get CEO office involved.

On my Ipad - The My Chart app says I have to upgrade to continue to use it.  But it will not upgrade.  It needs OS 18, and the iPad is iOS 17. I am caught in the loop where it keeps telling me to upgrade, but will not allow me to upgrade. The app is useless. In the meantime. Please fix this.
