You have older patients who don’t have the newest devices. Are we all supposed to buy a new phone to use your app? Lousy planning for the future. THIS HASN'T HAPPENED BEFORE.NOW I HAVE TO USE THE WEBSITE NYP.ORG TO ENTER. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE ### 1/5 — Crashes after last update *2023-07-24* First it was Weill Cornell patient portal app that stopped working after its last update. Now the NYP only crashes when I try to open after its most recent update. I can't access my patient portal info with either app now. Plus I can't even access SUPPORT here. Nothing works except the option to write a review. Technical support doesn’t answer the phone and neither does billing. $100 for an error page. Do not buy. ### 1/5 — Not good at all *2020-11-17, version 4.2* I tried to find a primary care physician using this app after it was updated twice. There are virtually no filters, it gives doctors who are miles and miles away. There is no way to find a doctor in a particular zip code. This app seems to be only good for a virtual visit, but with an iPhone I could do a virtual on FaceTime. There's a useless "Remember Me" option that I check the box so I don't have to enter my username and password all the time. But, it doesn't work and I have to enter my login credentials each and every time no matter how many times I check the stupid box. The app also freezes and I have to logout and login again in the midst of trying to access information. We have all others, MEVER a problem exciter NYP, unbelievable. They blame it on your phone, your WiFi , etc. but when you say no other epic, MyChart app has a problem, they’re silent. Last time we had very good person. but still had to do same. One suggestion, it would be really interesting if when you are searching for a doctor, at any point in the flow when specialists appear the occupation title would active a “I should go to this Dr. If I have ….. so helpful since so many with have insurance that allows them to make appointments without referral. ### 5/5 — Love NYP on demand *2020-02-13, version 3.20* So worth The $99 fee. Phone call with the doctor was quick and concise. My only recommendation is: when you have an issue with a RX that there is an easier way for the pharmacy or the patient to get in touch. Called 5 times in the course of 24 hours to have the dosage changed because the original was a children’s dose. ### 5/5 — NYP *2019-02-10, version 3.11* Amazing app, easy to use and you can get a notification as soon as you test, appointments or lab results are ready to view. You can E-check in and see your future appointments.... ### 5/5 — Love the virtual urgent care service! *2018-12-18, version 3.9* Used the NYP app when I thought I had the flu. Was able to quickly connect with a Cornell doctor who provided a diagnosis and sent meds straight to the pharmacy closest to my apartment. It was the night before a long flight so I was so grateful to get quick access to treatment before my trip! ### 5/5 — Great redesign *2018-04-12, version 3.0* The new design has made navigation a breeze. The virtual assistant was very helpful in getting set up for my virtual appointment. ### 5/5 — Ease of use and access to information *2018-04-12, version 3.1* The new version of the app is easy to use was able to access my medical records, find my doctor and look up hospital services, I was able to navigate to the unit via the way find. Looking forward to use the feature to talk to the doctor online for emergency need. ### 5/5 — New release is 100x better! *2016-08-17, version 2.0* NYP really improved this app and offers patients a lot more functionality. I was able to get a second opinion on my knee in under a week, all online without having to have any doctor appointments.
