Instead, this app requires you to go the Thruway website and then you have to search the menu for the cameras. Make it simpler!!! No cameras no map nothing. The info is in here. Listing them alphabetically IS NOT HELPFUL! Two lists: Eastbound and Westbound, in mile-marker order. The link takes you to browser. So I should be able to filter by eastbound/westbound service areas. Or at least when I view the interactive map and tap on a stop the little pop up window should say east/west. Bistro have to click on it again where it states east/west. But then if its not what I need and I want to back out the map resets and I have to zoom in again and forgot which stop I was checking. Come on, this should be the basic functionality. ### 2/5 — Poorly designed *2021-12-31, version 1.6.0* This app was more work than it was worth. Why in the world would you list your service stations in alphabetical order instead of by mile post or in order from east to west etc.? I don’t know why they have a function called interactive map because there’s nothing interactive about it. Don’t bother downloading this app. ### 2/5 — App Crashes when looking at Service Area details *2018-08-20, version 1.1.3* App has nice features regarding location of cameras, service areas and alerts. The app would be a lot better if it had this feature built into it. Login to the app with the same info you use on the ezpass site and done. Or atleast be able to link it.
