I missed the whole begging half because the app wouldn’t connect to the meeting. It stayed on the loading screen.

NY state requires you to use this app to attend WCB virtual hearings. However it will continually loop between ready, attempting to join and fail to join. WCB has a small not hidden in the disclaimer that “some” iOS user may be unable to attend virtual hearings. You have zero way to test this before the meeting begins and the hearings are short. So by the time you have discovered that the application is fundamentally broken and try to attend via another means the hearing will be over. 

Don’t waste your time call WCB in advance and inform them you are unable to use the application and they will call your mobile number instead.

App worked well until week of 2/12/24. Then we are unable to enter hearings when called. We informed the WCB Tech support. Still no resolution as of 3/18/24. What’s going on? We were advised that the Board’s tech support has been in contact with the developer. Still not resolved after 1 month.

Had a hearing yesterday and all went well… until I got off of the phone app… and went to the computer to look at a YouTube video.. suddenly I was inundated with “chiropractor” videos?? The EXACT subject of my hearing?? Coincidental??? Maybe?? But awful Suspicious if you ask me… someone needs to check into the “privacy” of this app…

### 4/5 — Air pods no longer work since 4.0 upgrade

Since the upgrade to 4.0 or 4.1 last week, AirPod connectivity became a problem.  Before the upgrade, AirPods stayed connected to the iPhone through Bluetooth for hearings.  Now, once a hearing starts, audio switches from AirPods to the speakerphone on the IPhone disconnecting AirPods.  Hopefully this issue can be resolved.

I couldn’t helped to open up the up to login and see if my case was on the time I was supposed to be able to see the judge however it gives me an error message “there is not a hearing for today” how could e possible if I do. The inability of this app cost me money. I did what I was told and now I have to be in a waiting list to see the judge.

Since updating the app, it has not once connected me to a hearing properly. I am repeatedly unable to join the virtual meeting, and I am told that it may be due to a poor internet connection. That is not the problem. The judges have instructed me that other attorneys have had similar problems. Do not update if you can help it.
