nytra is a high-intensity reformer concept built on slow, controlled resistance and sustained time under tension.

The nytra beds are similar to reformers, but slightly larger with additional elements that create new movement possibilities and deeper resistance. The intensity builds steadily as the class goes on. Your muscles will start to shake. At some point, you may need to pause before going again.

That’s the moment you meet your limit.
