### 3/5 — No doctors available

*2026-08-26, version 2.22.1*

I am 40 week pregnant and each since time I need to get an appointments during my pregnancy they have no doctors/ultra sound spots available. It’s pregnancy- not a sudden flue. Everything must be planned and scheduled in advance. Instead they scheduled me with nurse practitioner not even a doctor!Sorry that’s not what my “high risk pregnancy” requires. Now I am 40 weeks and there is again no spot to schedule my visit for next week. What they expect me to come back next month when I am 45 weeks ??? If you have no availability- don’t get new patients. I am rather go to different clinic since the begging. Very disappointing

### 5/5 — Exceptional Care

*2026-08-21, version 2.22.1*

I was admitted to NYU Langone hospital directly from an ER visit. I found everyone to be competent and caring. The doctors were thorough and were careful that I was well enough to leave the hospital and that I agreed with their assessment. Then they followed up with me the day after discharge and made appointments for me for the recommended follow up care. I have been in a couple of other hospitals that seemed like they couldn’t get me out fast enough. A hospital in Syracuse discharged me 24 hours after a hysterectomy and I ended up back in the ER and hospital due to complications.

### 5/5 — Excellent Care

*2026-08-21, version 2.22.1*

I’m so happy and pleased with the care I received while a patient there. The staff was really exceptional. I highly recommend this facility for their care, their staff and services.

### 5/5 — Why NYU Langone

*2026-08-12, version 2.22.1*

The primary reason I love NYU Langone is because of Jennifer McCann. Her concern and patience for her patients sets her above many of her peers. She never leaves any stone unturned. She told me that once. In keeping with that practice and commitment she uncovered a VERY early stage of lung cancer on me and a VERY early stage of bladder cancer. How could I ever not have the strongest respect for her? She is connected to her patients. Thank you a million times over Jenn.

### 5/5 — Service

*2026-08-12, version 2.22.1*

Amazing services

### 3/5 — Access

*2026-08-11, version 2.22.1*

While this app is useful, it’s frustrating to not have access while away from NY. I wish something could be done to change this.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Money making assembly line doctors mostly don’t care about you

*2026-08-31, version 2.22.1*

NYU at one time was the place to go nowadays they just get anybody I could a doctor I know more about health than most doctors I saw the last few months. shocking how they don’t do preventive medicine.
Also, they have their older doctors have their own mindset science has proven certain numbers on blood pressure have some machines give outrageous, blood pressure indications, and then the manual blood pressure is accurate and I’m normal. It’s all over the place. It’s a crapshoot it really is. it’s like a circus of disarray.
They don’t know anything about a physical therapy.at Delaney street Rusk.
it is mayhem going there. You’re talking to airheads… I have a list of my grievances from Dr. Boris Ivkov - dismissed me. I was supposed to get a physical annual physical. He did nothing but I asked for a blood test and he did something very minimal because I reported him like two years ago so he wants nothing to do with me and I have so much to say that my head is spinning, even talking into my phone machine to give you any information as you can see I’m upset and I hardly recommend NYU to anybody anymore …
I saw in the last two or three months at 55 E. 55 Street that place should not be allowed to see patients…nobody of sound advice there. I have the same issues. I’ve been to seven doctors in the last few months and none of them relieve me on any any pain or any symptom. I give a ZERO rating to NYU LANGONE.

### 1/5 — Not helpful

*2026-08-31, version 2.22.1*

I was told I need a cd for my mammogram and I tell the receptionist before I go to the appointment I don’t have cd but I have my results in paper form from my chart and she says fine just come the day of the appointment I was not seen took the metro north and train to be told I cannot be seen because the radiologist needs to see images to compare. Not helpful at all.

### 1/5 — Terrible administration

*2026-08-21, version 2.22.1*

Dr. scheduled me for surgery. Did all pre op tests and spent over an hour going through my records with hospital staff. No call day before the surgery. No way to reach anyone to confirm if surgery was happening. Rearranged my life around a surgery no one knows anything about. I’m supposed to trust these people to operate on me? I think not.

### 1/5 — 2 months to see a doctor

*2026-08-19, version 2.22.1*

After trying to schedule a visit through the app I end up waiting 45 minutes to speak to a call center, who told me, despite being in pain and lost hearing in one of my ears, the earliest a doctor could see me was in almost 3 months.

### 1/5 — billing and services

*2026-08-15, version 2.22.1*

This has to be the worst hospital company ever. billing system is inaccurate and there is no one to reach out with inquiries. there is lack of communication across the company and disjointed. i would not recommend this hospital and I planto switch all doctors affiliated with this hospital,

### 1/5 — The app is Unfriendly for the user

*2026-08-05, version 2.22.0*

Unfortunately, it is unfriendly for the user. Very hard to find any documentation, especially letters and other documents related to billing and payment. They are not saved there or deleted; that is not acceptable. I expect all transactions and payment-related documentation. Hard to find a doctor as well.

### 1/5 — Too big for proper service

*2026-08-04, version 2.22.0*

4 requests for prescription refill have gone unanswered

### 1/5 — Marketing and Money

*2026-07-14, version 2.21.0*

It is a crime what the marketing department has done to this establishment. They harass you constantly for payments and then you get a refund check.

### 1/5 — Itemized Bill

*2026-07-10, version 2.21.0*

Been trying to get an itemized bill for day!

### 1/5 — Cancelled appointment

*2026-07-01, version 2.21.0*

I am writing this because I am upset - twice now my appointments have been cancelled at nyc adult health because I “failed “ to confirm my appointments - second time I confirmed to the best of my ability but had no proof of the voice mail I left. But with me standing in front of them for my scheduled appointment early - they turned me away not even asking the doctor if she can see me. As if this was a make up appointment not a health appointment. I don’t like that the default is cancel the appointment- the default should be reach out to the patient until you find them. These are lives at stake. As a staffed hospital you should do better !

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Excellent But More Needs To Be Done

*2026-08-28, version 2.22.1*

This Health app is excellent, but I see it as a start/beginning.

I would like to see not only integration between different healthcare systems (example: Langone and Northwell) but private practices as well (example: podiatry, ophthalmology, dentistry, psychiatry). Maybe even chiropractics and physical therapy. Providing a centralized medical database for a patient will help medical professionals in decision-making as well as possibly reducing laboratory services (due to redundancy) thereby improving efficiency and reducing overall medical costs both to the patient and the healthcare system.

### 5/5 — Check in

*2026-08-28, version 2.22.1*

Nurse Yeo is an amazing nurse she deserves a raise and paid vacation

### 5/5 — Langone Health

*2026-08-26, version 2.22.1*

I cannot express enough gratitude to the team at NYU Langone ACC AMB for the exceptional care I’ve received during my EEG procedures. Navigating testing can be stressful, but their compassion and professionalism make all the difference.
When confusion arose with the nursing home regarding instructions for taking off the equipment, the staff stepped in immediately with remarkable patience, clarity, and kindness to ensure everything was handled properly.
Thank you to the incredible nurses, technicians, and staff for always putting patient comfort first and consistently providing the best care possible!

### 5/5 — Best medical app over all

*2026-08-26, version 2.22.1*
