## What is Nyxlog?

Nyxlog is a migraine journal designed for migraine moments: ultra-dark, quiet, and fast enough to use during an attack.

Log an attack in under 10 seconds, or add details when you can.

Fast crisis logging
Start a migraine entry with one large button. Record intensity, pain location, symptoms, aura, triggers, medication, sleep, stress, screen exposure and notes without visual overload.

Built for low light
Nyxlog uses an ultra-dark interface by default, soft contrast, large tap targets and simple one-handed navigation. No gamification. No bright fitness-style dashboard.

Your migraine history
Review attacks chronologically or by month. Edit, duplicate, delete, search and filter entries. Track duration, max intensity, average intensity, symptoms, triggers and medication effectiveness.

Sleep and personal patterns
Optionally import sleep from Apple Health, or enter it manually. Nyxlog can compare logged migraine days with local sleep, stress, screen, caffeine, cycle and weather notes. These are personal observations only, never medical conclusions.

Reports for appointments
Generate a clean PDF report for a neurologist or doctor. Choose 30, 90, 180 days or a custom period, then export a readable summary with charts, attacks, medications, triggers, symptoms and notes.

Private by design
No account is required. No backend stores your migraine journal. Your data stays on device unless you export it or choose optional personal iCloud sync.
