So great stuff and thank you. The previous product was just waaay better. It opened at your fave beach, fewer clicks, more graphic, and more cheerful! So I used it several times a day. Also, it would be good to add more beaches, and not just big cities. There are a lot of beaches in Auckland and the tide varies slightly for each. Not sure I will keep paying for it now that other free apps are available and offer the same. ### 4/5 — Great app on iPhone, *2022-12-25, version 3.6* Great app on iPhone lots of potential on watch ultra but app freezes on watch a lot and the complication does not refresh very well. ### 3/5 — Fix layout and font size. *2022-11-02, version 3.6* Great app however layout and font size’s don’t work well on my iPhone and I can’t read the sunrise and sunset times and some of the other info because it doesn’t display properly. ### 4/5 — Date doesn’t display *2022-07-01, version 3.5* I liked the app a lot. It used to be a great tool. But it has been reconfigured into something too basic. And the date doesn’t appear. Just the Day. So if you are concerned about tide heights, and you scroll through the graph to find the high or low that may be important to you, it’s not difficult but it’s not as easy as it used to be, to check the date. On the same screen. And where is was monitoring the heights to the forecasted c/m, this now forecasts to something near every 0.5m increment. It jumps too far in change. Though it may be perfectly fine still for those who don’t require the fanatical details the app used to provide. ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2022-01-02, version 3.5* New version has reduced the height increments when scrolling on the tidal curve to 0.5m-0.7m when previous versions were 0.01-0.02m. As I use app for crossing a depth constrained bar, this change means the app is no longer if any value ### 3/5 — Good data but bad Interface *2021-11-21, version 3.5* The information is alright, however, the app has literally no customisation. This becomes a big issue as the times display for all of the data does not show (it makes dots instead of just displaying the data) and there is no way to adjust font size or layout. You cannot make it landscape either to stretch out the data. Very useless for this fact. Additionally, the sliding ruler of the interface does not allow for selecting a time to view data. It continues to snap back into the “current time of day “ even if you’re checking times for a month from now! sadly it’s be best app we have for NZ, I wish the developers would make a way to adjust the interface to not be annoying, as it is literally only good for one thing, which you can’t do properly with the app not displaying time data correctly with poor font size choices and lack of interface setting options etc. ### 3/5 — Best *2021-11-19, version 3.5* This tide viewer is the best, i have tried heaps. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2026-01-29, version 4.0* Doesn’t actually accurately display times.
