Was this developed by DDG? It is rubbish, I have to keep resetting Face ID. When I get the code from messenger the page resets back to the fist login screen. I just hope my money is safe.

It seems I can now no longer access the savings scheme on this app, why?
The log in procedure is onerous and I frequently have to reset my PIN…not user friendly at all. Total rubbish, do not download.

It was better before the update. Sick and tired of having to register every time after a single use. Outsource it to someone/anyone to update please.

Firstly it was slow to log in each time but now I can’t log in at all

I was hoping for improvement from the upgrade. Unfortunately little has changed. Very slow log in when it works and regular re-registration when it doesn’t. Also complete meltdown if you don’t physically log out. Time to scrap and out source team. You left the autopilot on and there’s no coming back from it.

The previous app was far superior. I expected this new one to be an improvement. Takes ages to log in, just buffers and the inly item that seems to have been added is my name on the log in page. Do not recommend!

what’s the point in this existing. cldnt log in on the website, finally did it cos i had to change password again but this app keeps asking for a txt or email code which u can’t put in cos it always loses the place in the app for where you need to enter it in! so round and round in a dumb loop. needs deleting.

Easily the most troublesome app I’ve ever experienced. Regular log in glitches resulting in deletion and reinstallation. Using recent IPhone so not hardware. 1.5 stars overall sends sufficient message.

Every single time I have to log in, I have to enter email address, change password (as app doesn’t recognise password or integrate with keychain) set a pin, allow Face ID and then on closing to reopen later, repeat the same procedure. 

If the security features don’t work every time, why have them?
