View your driver licence details - track key dates and see reminders. 

See vehicles registered to you, add a vehicle nickname and image, and view more details about your vehicle including safety and energy economy ratings. You are also able to add 10 additional vehicles: monitor registration and WoF expiry dates, see your RUC end distance and make rego and RUC payments, order a certificate of particulars or demerit suspension history report.

I have tried to log in multiple times using real me and it has taken me to the authentication code process.
The code would not work so I called real me and the removed my Authentication app process and I can now log into real me anywhere else. But when trying to use this app it keeps asking me for a code which still does not work and the real me help person said I no longer have the any authentication app connected. 

Waste of time trying to even try this app.

Linking the app with real me just absolutely ruins it it asks too much information and when information is given the app bugs out and crashed after trying 10 times to access my stuff has just become a joke especially having all the info needed and then it just tells my my license isn’t in the system or the google authentication app codes always come back with invalid this app should be linked to a mobile number or email as that will be far more used friendly

It was going good now it’s logged me out and the Realme account isn’t working, I’ve tried everything

The app is supposed to streamline process and reduce the risk of a scam. The vehicle licence fee is NOT the registration. The NZTA website clearly states this. But some of the prompts on the app only refer to ‘renew rego’.  Why not ‘renew vehicle licence’ which is the correct terminology? You will never educate the masses. Then the next required step is to update my address. It does not show the existing address and the link on the page takes me to a webpage which I must login to by referring to my drivers licence. Why does it not take me to the ‘my NZTA’ tab in the app which has all the details displayed with an edit function? Then, when I actually do the transaction it provides an option to enter an alternative address for posting and then I have to enter the email address for confirmation. Why not send it to the email that is recorded in the system unless I opt for an alternative email address? It seems to me that some features have not been fully integrated with each other.  Also frustrating that I had to log in again after a certain period using Real Me. That’s a pain if I need access to the app quickly. It already has Face ID, PIN and MFA.

I installed the app hoping it would make the rego renewal process easier. I was disappointed when the app just sent me to the NZTA website and asked me to re-enter the details of the vehicle I had just selected in the app. Why make me repeat that?

Total nightmare of getting logged in to this app with Realme which it keeps crashes out or showing having trouble logging in. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling still does the same thing, wondering how much tax have we paid that they still make such a failure system that couldn’t even work out a simple app.
