Received a code to do so, but does not work. Have now downloaded the app and done another declaration. All four passengers were 2 x adults (mum and dad) and 2 x kids (1 year old and 4 year old). The only details that were different were their names and DOB. Requires a New Zealand address but will not apply the cruise ship!! ### 1/5 — Traveler-hostile app *2025-12-14* 1) When you fill out the declaration for other travelers in your family the app should prefill most of field (departure date and flight, home address, etc). It is painful to fill it out and to repeated fill out the same info. 2) I partially filled out a travel declaration on a web form through a link provided by the airline website. There is no option to continue or edit a travel declaration you started on the web. Painful. 3) It is totally unclear if a non-Aus/NZ traveler on a visa waiver through NZETA should choose “entry class visa” or “visa on arrival”. Please developers: think a bit harder. 4) Many tourists will stay at multiple locations but there is only space for one. Please make clear what your expectation is; first location or location where you will stay the longest? 5) So much information (including passport scans) were provided to NZETA and to Qantas just to check in.
