I bought the cameras, not for cloud control most cameras nowadays you have to use cloud so they can ring you into payments. Well, this one doesn’t allow you after a certain amount of time it just sits there and shows a blue screen and then comes up with cloud options so no matter what you do if you don’t pay for this service it just locks you out That’s the problem. These programs are cheap and they get their money by your subscription. I would do away with anything that like this and look for one that you can access it through your computer and has encrypted. Encoding I would stay away from this software a.k.a. spyware I mean you do give it access to quite a bit of your stuff. Finally got enough people there will be a class action lawsuit we have the information the program has been taken apart, proven that it actually spies on you. I would not recommend using this software I would delete it delete every bit of it and never ever buy anything that runs with O-KAM they make money off their advertisement programs that they advertise don’t even do their job. And you have to watch their ads in order to use your camera. А также нет на главной «+» для входа в приложение по приглашению использую QR-код. ### 2/5 — No alerts and no response from support *2026-08-06, version 3.0.35* I got a 2-cam pack, downloaded the app, charged the cam batteries and began setup. Initially, the cam volume was so loud during setup it startled the neighbors. Setup is not intuitive, nor are the icons. The limited instructions are in very broken English translation. And the software is brutal about marketing for paid cloud memory. I mounted both cams about 12’ high to cover a large area (think barn interior). Initially I got alerted for movement, and for nothing. Now I don’t get any alerts at all. The only contact is through a feedback link in the app that doesn’t provide any email record. The link says a response will be made in days. It’s been weeks and no reply. I’ve changed every possible setting but still do not receive any alerts. When I first set the cams up, I could walk in view and get alerts. Now, walking in view of the cam does not create an alert.
