## What is O?

O-Speed Rush is a dynamic reaction and movement training from the O-Speed series.

Unlike classic reaction games, the targets here are created through movement in space. While the user moves, the app automatically generates new target points along the direction of movement.

Depending on the settings, a new target can appear at regular intervals — for example every 2 meters, 10 meters, or 100 meters of distance traveled.

This creates a continuous training experience combining movement, orientation, and reaction.

The process is simple:
Move → Target appears → React → Time is measured.

This results in a dynamic training system for attention, reaction speed, and spatial orientation.

Dynamic Target System

O-Speed Rush uses movement as the trigger for generating new targets.

While the user moves, the app detects changes in position and direction. Based on this movement, new target points are automatically generated along the movement path.

This means:

Movement creates new targets

Targets appear along the direction of movement

Training intervals can be adjusted

Continuous reaction training during movement

This makes O-Speed Rush particularly suitable for outdoor training, pathways, or running routes.

Controller and Accessories

O-Speed Rush can be controlled directly via the smartphone.

Alternatively, Bluetooth controllers can also be used. These serve as input devices for fast reaction exercises.

Controllers can have different forms. Besides the smartphone itself, separately available accessory devices with smartphone holders can also be used, which connect to the app via Bluetooth.

Such controllers are available on the market and are especially helpful for fast movement and reaction drills.
