I can only register an account with the IMEI option; the individual login either says it sends an email but the email never arrives, or says “server error”; the group login which tells me “ask supplier to make an sub account” is useless as there is no way to contact supplier (unless they reply here). 2. Insufficient information is given in the instruction booklet or in the software to allow communication between SIM cards supplier and device. eg. How do I select IPv4? Please supply all commands. Although though my SIM card provider is at times showing the SIM is connected to both network and has a data connection, the app does not update location at these times. Why is this? ### 1/5 — Very frustrating app *2024-12-19* I’ve been trying to set up my Nord Paw dog tracker for over a week. This app is very difficult to use. I’ve tried repeatedly to register and the verification code never arrives in my email— I check spam and my in box. I’ve sent several screen shots to Osmo’s tech support but have not yet received resolution to the problem. Help! I need to get this tracker going. I’m in a limited mobility situation right now due to a recent injury and I need backup in case my dog runs off. ### 1/5 — How on earth? *2024-12-10* Negative 5 stars. How on earth can the best dog tracker be associated with the single worst app ever created? It doesn’t even feel safe. Wow! Just wish the battery lasted longer! But tracker is OnPoint!!! ### 5/5 — Works great *2025-01-28* Device has built in SIM card. Loaded the app and put in the required imei number and password of my choice. And poof, brought up a map with the precise location of the dog. Live tracking was good, and the history feature showed everywhere he had been at the end of the day. I had a question so I emailed support and got an answer in less than an hour.
