Registering and navigating the TicketMaster app was a terrible and frustrating experience in itself. The day before the concert told you have to download this app to access the venue. Well literally nothing in this app works. Click on the TicketMaster tickets link and the app says doesn’t work update app. I had just downloaded the app so there isn’t an update. Then tried logging in to the app with my TicketMaster credentials (as advised elsewhere) and that doesn’t work because I didn’t receive a code to my email. Now stressed travelling to the show not knowing if I will get in because the O2 developers are clearly incompetent. ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-12-15, version 6.0.9* Just downloaded the App to get my Ticketmaster tickets. But the app then says that it is not possible to access Ticketmaster tickets. Hopefully the QR codes on the Ticketmaster app still work. But it is very worrying not knowing before the gig. Even though I already had access to them. After attempting to login I was met with “suspicious activity” messages and been told my ticketmaster access will permanently close unless I upload photos of my ID and face. Simply say do not allow. To all requests apart from the obviously needed ones. Then do not register with o2 but instead press do this later. Then go down to the tickets section and login with ticketmaster and look at that ! You have your tickets took me less than 2 minutes.
