정말 어릴때 컴퓨터 오투잼을 해온 유저로써 너무 반갑네요 ㅠㅠ 다들 싱크가 안맞다고 하는데 전 싱크도 다 잘 맞고 시스템도 깔끔하니 좋고 업데이트도 꾸준히 되어서 좋습니다 ㅎㅎ 잘하지는 못하지만 꾸준히 다시 오투잼앱을 이용할 거 같네요 감사합니다!

Come on, I’m glad u guys back. But delete the network connection at the beginning during every game. I always play it offline on the plane. Now I can’t play it until the network loading is failed in every game. This is ridiculous.

A few other users have also reported similar symptoms, but unfortunately, we’ve been unable to reproduce the issue on our own devices, which has made troubleshooting quite difficult. If possible, we would really appreciate it if you could let us know your device model, and if you’re able, please record a short video of the issue and send it to us at help@o2jam.com. Also, before doing that, could you kindly try completely deleting the app and reinstalling it? If the problem still persists afterwards, please let us know in your email.
