With phone number , it sent me a verification code but i never received it even after MULTIPLE attempts, and with email, it sends me an link through mail but it just takes me right back to the app and does literally nothing. ### 4/5 — I loved this machine *2024-02-02, version 2.7.4* As it says I loved it I still do! But I dropped it from my nail table and when I press the power button on it just beeps and light goes green for a quick second and turns off can you help me where can I send it to have it fixed. I read a lot of reviews complaining. About the app but mine never gave me issues, I love my machine I’ve had it for several years since 2019 and it’s very useful. On the times I can successfully print, I cannot move onto the next nail because the app freezes. I then have to close out the app and go through several crash cycles before I get the next nail to print.
