I setup a account with them and not even an hour later they disabled my account I didn’t even get a chance to use it and they disabled it

**Developer response:** There could be several reasons why an account could get disabled, if you failed to compete the verification process or if you tried transferring from a location that we are currently not operating in. As we are functional only in Arkansas, DC, Georgia, Illinois, Delaware, North Carolina, New Jersey, Montana, Kansas and Maryland in the U.S.

To ensure the security and integrity of your transfers and of our members, all members are required to follow the steps and provide the requested information for verification as you progress.
