App is broken just like Oakland, you need to provide exact location, the map feature doesn’t work the best they will mark your case as dealt with as soon as you submit it. Just another app for citizens to feel empowered like there “voices are being heard” and never get anything done.

Bravo 311, I’ve submitted scores of times and ALL were eventually handled, a minor few lengthy responses, some seemed overnight 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾!!! We have a ways to go to curb the illegal behavior, BUT having 311 has been a mental and visual remedy to the POS’, that scoff at our laws and abandon or dump illegally. YOU ARE APPRECIATED
