Can only book with an intern on the app, not a level 1-3 certified massage therapist. Looks like the app is a combination of what a customer would use to book, what an intern would use to learn more about their program, and what employees might use for payroll.

I downloaded the app, updated my profile, accepted all sorts of other options like notifications, and tried to book a massage.  Nothing.  Tried everything I could think of but nothing worked (on my iPad). Annoying.

Oak Haven Massage is AWESOME! They're super friendly, clean, plenty of availabilities and therapists, easy to find, and extremely reasonable prices! Highly recommended! App is user friendly, just like the site! Just try them out! You have nothing to lose! guaranteed!
