Why can’t the app just work like normal? I purged my basket and even deleted/reinstalled the app but it won’t work. I can’t order online and use my rewards? Even the store staff said they can’t do anything. Your app sucks! Get something that works or I’ll just go to a different store. ### 1/5 — Tricked into downloading *2025-12-06* They lied and said people would get a free bowl if we downloaded this app. Instead of wronging this right and actually responding they are just deleting comments from people asking where their free bowl is… ### 1/5 — App or location issue *2025-11-02* The app is great at accepting my order just horrible at getting the order to the store. Not sure if it’s an app issue or the local store operations issue. Ordered on three occasions via the app and first time order was ready when I got there. 2nd time got there and store closed hours early no one was inside. I had to get issued a refund via my cc since store did not respond to me. Third time I showed up at estimated ready time and the employee had no records of it and couldn’t pull up the order. Kind of defeats the purpose of order ahead. All three times app accepted my payment and order was accepted by the app. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2025-09-05* App doesn’t work errors upon errors.
