App does not work. Web browser login no issues. Would be nice if Oaken can investigate this. Might be a simple fix. Update, seems to work now. I hope it continues to work. ### 1/5 — Can never login *2026-05-23, version 2.1.3* I can rarely sign in. I always have timeouts, or their systems have some kind of issues. ### 1/5 — Does NOT Work! *2025-12-15, version 2.0.8* Oaken had maintenance between Dec 13 to Dec 14 yet they could not fix the app issue. Right after login the app crashes. Thanks. ### 1/5 — Worst app I’ve used in a long time *2025-09-04, version 2.0.4* I can’t believe this is a financial banking app. This is hands down the worst app I think I’ve ever experienced. Everytime I try to log in using Face ID, it says to log in the regular way because of an update. When trying to log in the regular way the wheel just spins and doesn’t actually log me in. I’ll delete the app, reinstall it, and then it will work for a few more weeks with Face ID before the same issue. Both apps and websites have sooo many bugs. Even for resetting password on their digital platform you need to call them on the phone for that! This is a company that’s probably basically relying on old people to continue business. Once their older clients pass away they will not sustain their business anymore unless they can make their digital platform useable.
