Now the app requires a login account access? Where does one go to get an account to access the app? Or is this app now only available to Oakland Planners and Inspectors?

I remember three years ago when this app was launched it didn’t work and now it still doesn’t work. Yes, I’ll be deleting it and calling in.

Our company uses the app for the multiple permits that we have through the city of Oakland. The problem is when we try to get to the permits that are four and five pages into the app.The app just gets stuck and say Please wait ,
We have to constantly swipe out and start over again just to try to get to page 4 and five and so forth.
Sometimes it just doesn’t work!

Please work on getting this issue resolved.

Why ask for a street name and then not explain you do not need THE WHOLE STREET NAME?  
If if we’re Main Street I could see not putting that, but Avenue? 
i.e., 102nd - don’t need to put Avenue?  Tell a user this info! Not hard to do! Use a pop up that says, 
Hey, can’t find your permit?  Street name does not require Avenue, lane, etc.

We have multiple jobs on our app.
When I scroll down to the bottom of the list to load more,sometimes I can only load 3 pages the app just gets stuck and I have to start over!

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and even on a new phone, it doing the same thing! 

Please fix this issue!!
